Garbanzo Beans / Chickpeas 鹰嘴豆

Garbanzo Beans / Chickpea nutrition facts:
Are packed with protein, making them a highly desirable part of a vegetarian diet.
They're also a rich source of:
-zinc
-manganese
-folate
-iron
-fibre

How to cook:
Even a 4 hour soak can shave 20 to 30 minutes off the cooking time!
Cook, partially covered, for around 1 1/2 to 2 hours, skimming off any impurities that may rise to the top of the water. If the chickpeas were pre-soaked, reduce the time by approximately 20 to 30 minutes for every 4 hours they were soaked.
